As we only use solid metals without any sort of plating, the care for your pieces are relatively simple. Just use a standard polishing cloth to wipe down the piece at the end of the day to remove any sweat or grease.

We ship all orders through tracked postage - once your order is posted out, you will receive a tracking number to track the status of your order.

You can purchase a ring sizer from our webstore to measure your ring size at the comfort of your own home. As we'll need to make size compensations depending on the ring design, do email us once you have measured your ring size before purchasing so we can advise the most accurate size to purchase.

Yes. For all wedding and commission orders, you are entitled to a one time free resizing after service. Simply reach out to us and we'll arrange the resize for you.

On average, the waiting time is between 3-6 months as we limit the number of projects we work every month so to maintain the highest quality and attention to each project.

Yes definately. We have had clients from all over the world and we do our best to provide you with all the information you need virtually to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

We source gemstones from all over the globe from our network of trusted suppliers whom we have worked with for many years. Unfortunately, because most of these gemstones are handcut and one-of-a-kind, we are only able to get it into Singapore after confirmation of your project. During your second consultation, we will provide you with as many photos/videos and information of the gemstones for you to make an information decision.
